How to fix this border issue

Hello,

I was wondering if there was any way to make the border between each picture for this 2x2x6 picture smaller. As you can see the gap is pretty big. I changed everything to zero in the layout menu and it is still like this.

Your image isn't showing, can you post the link again?
Can you check that in event settings -> layout & collages page -> collage borders and inner borders are set to 0% ?

Here it is. As you can see there is this really big border in between the two pictures. I have made everything 0%. Is there some way to make this border shorter than it is?

That looks to me not like a border problem, but a zoom problem: your images are zoomed all the way out, so they are not filling up the available space.
Please check the setting: Event Settings -> Layout & Collages -> Photos start zoomed-in --> this should be turned ON

Hi Tim,

Actually one more question. So After I printed using my DNP RX1 the top got cut off. I am attaching pictures of my settings and the original picture as well as the printed picture. Is this something that I can fix through the app?

Sorry again, thanks for the help!

Hmm. That could be a few things ...
I'd start here: In Wifibooth, in the print popover, you've got "top inset" set to 5. What happens if you increase it to say 50?

Hey Tim,

Thanks again that worked really great! Sorry one more thing, as you can see where the printer cut the middle of the 4x6. It is uneven and not centred to the 2x2x6 ration. What can I do to centre the pictures?

Play with the left or right inset. If the photo is cut too far to the left, then increase the left inset.
You might need to decrease the right inset for every pixel you increase the left inset
