How do people set up the two devices? Since the iPad provides the user interface and countdown, it seems like it's best to place the iPad near the camera, but how? Do people use 2 tripods next to each other? Or somehow attach 2 devices to 1 tripod?

Personally my quick-setup is iphone-as-camera on a tripod, ipad on a stand on a table next to where the photos are being taken (same table as where the props go)
