I need the timestamps for all the emails that were sent during one of our events. How do I find that information? Is that information recorded?

Hi Metrophotos,
Wifibooth doesn't store that information, but, it should be available on your email server.
For example if you're using GMail/google to send email, then have a look in the Sent Items folder.
