Hey there!

We just finished an event and would love to make more photo strips to send to guests from their photos, someone turned the feature off during the night so would love to combine and send. Anyway we can do that after the fact?

Unfortunately there's no way to do this at the moment.
For your next event, you could set the admin area password (in Event Settings -> General) so that no one but you can change the settings.

there are a lot of free ipad apps that do really simple colleges.
if you know photoshop you can write an action to do that pretty easily.
and there are windows based programs that do this to, but the learning curve is much higher
