Green Screen

How do I use the green screen option? I know I need a green screen, but how do I set it up and are there tips and tricks to this? I want to do it for a few graduations this year and possibly some weddings.

Hi no you don't need a backdrop / green screen - our SceneSelect feature doesn't need it.
You need an iPad with FaceID so you can use our SceneSelect feature. You can tell an iPad has FaceID if it doesn't have a physical button on the front / home screen.

There is no other way to use that feature without that type of iPad ?

Can the remote camera do the green screen? So if I have an IPad that does not do the face id I could use a phone that does. Will that work?

Yes, if the phone has a dual or tri-camera (iPhone Xs and better if memory serves). You'll get better performance if a telephoto(zoomed in) lens is available, like on the Xs and 11 Pro.
