Graphic Shrinks

Hello, when I save a collage the custom graphic I've placed at the bottom shrinks. It's a normal size in the collage preview, the exact width of the photos above it. Then when the collage is saved, the uploaded graphic shrinks to 50% of its size! Can you help me figure out why it's doing this, please?

The most likely reason is that your collage resolution is very big, and your logo resolution is not large enough.
What is your paper settings width / inches, & DPI?
What resolution is the logo in pixels?

Hi Tim, the size of the photo I've placed at the bottom is a resolution of 2400 by 800.
And I have the collage setting set to 4 by 6, 300dpi
Should I be making any changes? Thanks for your help!

Hmm, that seems fine.
Please can you post a link to the logo (put it up on imgur or wherever you like) and i'll have a look.
Also are you using portrait orientation, or something with a cut like 1strip or 2strips?
