Hi,
I bought the pro package for 1 year on 31/12/2019. I can see in my apple id account that the license is valid until 31.12.2020.
Now I want to create an event but the app tells me I have to buy a new package.
How can I get access to the pro features as usual and paid?

Hi wifi booth i am also having the same issue with my ipad and account. I can also send you screenshots, i tried finding an email over the web but couldn't find it. Please help me out when you get a chance.
