I am a teacher and use Wifibooth at school for these little pop-up photo booth that we sometimes do at lunch. Due to Covid we have not been able to do photo booths for about a year and a half however I have been renewing the app and I’m a paid member and when going in today to try to set up for an event later this week it will not let me upload a logo which is just the date and the name of the event. When I click the upload icon nothing at all happens it does not go to the camera roll to let me upload the png file. I’m wondering if somehow it is not recognizing me as being a paid member since I haven’t used it in a long time? Please help

No this wouldn't have anything to do with your paid status. This sounds like a permission issue with photos. Can you please try the following:
1. Open settings app
2. Go to Wifibooth on left side
3. Make sure "Photos" is set to "All photos"
