just paid $49.99 but nothing happen. the watermark still there. please advice

Hi wdeesin that's very odd. Can you please try killing the app (double-tap home button, swipe away), starting it again, go to its settings page where you bought it, and tell me what it says -- does it say "purchased"?

Yes I did.
I even pressed buy everything 49.99 again.
Then it's ask me to put my pw> already purchased > you want to download again> successful > error >......... Back to pw. Again and again.
Then I got noticed from my card that my payment gone through.
That why I need help.

I've never heard of this problem before so I need some more information to help you.
First, did you try deleting the app, installing it again from the app store, and trying again?
Assuming you did, can you please write me exactly what the error message is?

Hi Tim,
I reinstall my purchased wifi booth app ($57.99) because it’s not connecting to my selphy printer, and when I open it up, I’ve got trial app again. Please help, I need my app back and I have an event coming this weekend. Attached is my receipt for reference.

Hi Jak,
I just sent you an email. You need to use the "Restore Purchase" button on the settings screen (where you bought the app). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that you used when you purchased the app

Hi,
I am not able to restore my purchase. I originally purchased a 7 day rental. I cannot remove the watermark from the photos. When I try to buy it again it says I already own it. I see that my credit card has been charged a few times.
I am certain I followed the directions correctly and even logged into my facebook which shares the same email as my itunes account.
Can you help me out?

Sorry you are having trouble. Please hit restore purchase and login to facebook when prompted. It will fail thats ok. Then tell me your facebook username

As a result of changes that Google made in the last few days to a platform that Wifi Booth uses, subscription restoration (ie. via facebook login) is broken. I'm working on fixing this now.
