No connection to Canon EOS 1100D

Hi all
I have a problem connecting my canon EOS 1100D to Wifibooth.
Does anyone had à solution for this?

Hi can you please instead try with the Booth.Events app using USB (with camera wifi turned off), does that work?

This still doesn’t work.
I formatted the SD card, used other cables, fully charged the ïPad and camera, restarted the iPad,…

Another question, I tested the Wifibooth app for several hours and wanted to make a purchase. Don’t you think it will be possible to use that software with my camera?

Hi Jasper,

This camera does work with Booth.Events, so let's figure out what's going on. Don't make any purchases yet please.
Please check all of the troubleshooting steps under "Connect your camera" in this help article, with Booth.Events app: https://help.booth.events/article/24-se ... nal-camera
Also please keep in mind Booth.Events is USB cable connections only (no wifi)

Once we have it working with Booth.Events we can try wifibooth also.
