Can't get past settings

I'm trying to set up my first event. on the wifi booth app and I can't seem to access/edit any of the settings. I've purchased the pro plan too. Like if I select email, it won't let me adjust any settings. When I click on DropBox, it doesn't open any link to sign-in. Just doesn't do anything. Not sure what the $50 was for when I can't use anything. How do I get a refund?

Sorry you're having trouble!
Is dropbox already signed in on the dropbox tab?
also please try restarting the app (force quit it) in case it's in some bad state
