Help with Purchase

Hi there,

I recently purchased a one time event license thinking I would be able to enter my logo. Now that I realize that I can't without the Pro License, I can't use the app for my event (which is this Saturday). Is there any way that you could help?

Hi Denise,
Sorry for the trouble. The way forward is to purchase the PRO package, and request a refund from Apple for the package that you purchased.
To request a refund, there are 2 ways: either in iTunes (if you use it), or the easiest way is to wait until you receive the emailed receipt from Apple for the purchase. In that email there's a link you can click.
Regardless of which method you use, you need to specify that you purchased the wrong package. You'll get refunded.

Hi Tim,

We used your app at a wedding before to purchase the Small events package. The photos have your big logo right in the middle hiding most of the subjects. Is there a way to remove your logo or is it too late? Should we have to buy the package before using the booth?

I'm very sorry but you needed to make the purchase before the event, there's no way to get it off :(
The next update makes this even more clearer in big bold text...
