UNABLE TO PURCHASE

I have tried multiple times to purchase a subscription but it says your purchase cannot be completed error and to contact apple support. We have tried to purchase other apps and that works, so please help us.

Uh oh, that sounds bad!
To verify: are you able to make in-app purchases inside other apps? (That's different than buying something from the app store directly)
One thing to check: go to Settings -> General -> Restrictions -> make sure "In-App purchases" is NOT turned on
