Hello,
The live view feature in the app is not working for me. I have a Canon 1000d and have enabled the Live view in the camera settings. Please help.

Hi welcome!
The 1000d is almost 10 years old and doesnt have wifi. Maybe you have a different camera?

Does live view work on your iOS device with the official canon iOS app?

I use the eye-fi card with it, does the live view feature only work with a built-in wifi?

Yes. Eyefi just supports storage
