Hey Matt,
I am soon going to have an updated beta (4.6.2) for you to try. The main difference is around better informing the user when something is going to be delayed (ie. the ipad is offline so tell the user the email is going to be sent later), or when something fails (ie. in more cases when an email fails to send, tell the user it didn't work)
Do you want to try it and give me feedback?
