Hello, when I insert a logo (as png, logo for all photos) and change to the gallery view my iPad turns the app. What is the reason?

This is very annoying, because I paid for this function a lot of money. I urgently need a solution because I have an important customer order!

First: what are the pixel dimensions of the logo you are adding? ie. 2000 pixels by 2000 pixels

no, smaller 500 x 500 pixel (242 kByte).

If I do not use the logo, it seems to work without problems. The loading of the gallery lasts with the logo also quite long.
