Can't buy the premium package ??

Hello there,
I downloaded the aps yesterday and I am trying the demo since. It seems exactly what I need except that I can't complete the transaction. I've tried in severals ways (change credit card, paypal, ..) but it stills saying : Your transaction cannot succed, please try later...
Does anyone get this issue too ?

Hi there,
I am assuming you can make other purchases with the same Apple ID fine (ie. you can buy a $0.99 app from the app store with no problem).
Several users have had this issue. For all of them, the problem was that the payment amount was large enough that the payment provider was blocking the charge.
Paypal: I don't think you can pay an amount this large with Paypal
Credit card: please call your credit card provider and ask them if there were any denied/blocked transactions

Of course I've tried to buy other apps and it works fine. I also try an other credit card but it doesn't succeed yet

OK. One user who was having this problem called Apple, and it turned out there was a problem with their Apple ID account that Apple needed to fix.
Can you please try calling Apple? Just tell them you cannot purchase an in-app purchase from Wifibooth. Link:

(You can tell them that other people can buy this in-app purchase without issues)

Hi Tim,
My name is Rómulo and I'm from Ecuador. Unfortunately in ecuadors Apple Store we don't have the option to pay with paypal, but I will love to pay with that. Is there another way to use Paypal? I mean i can pay directly to you, not necessarily through the Apple Store.

Hello I am relatively new to the community I purchased the pro package and I know it was only good for a year how do I know when it is ready to expire and how do I repurchase so that the expiration does not run out I love WiFi booth!...
I cannot seem to send anybody a question it says I am to new so I am hoping that somebody reads this and direct me in the right way to go....

Welcome to the forum and great that you're enjoying the app! Sorry about the new-user restrictions on the forum, I get a TON of spambots trying to post lots of garbage here, and this is the most effective way of limiting them. Now that you've had your first post approved, you are good to go!
Thanks for purchasing the app! Your Pro subscription will automatically renew via Apple's standard mechanism, you don't have to do anything. You can see the state of your subscription and manage it by going to Event Settings -> General page -> "Show packages" button -> "Manage subscription" button near top right of purchase screen.

Hello Tim. I've been having the same problem for the past week. Ive beem trying to purchase the premium package. There seemed nothing wrong with my Apple ID. I contacted Apple already. Ive also tried several cards-- debit and credit. Please helpp

Oh no! Contacting apple is the right thing to do - every time, the problem is either on the bank’s end or apple’s end. If you tried different cards then sounds like there is a problem on apple’s side. What did Apple say?
