Hello I have previously bought the small events package but after reinstalling the app it no longer wants to restore my purchase. It only restores the selfie package.

Hmm, that's strange!
Any chance you bought it with an apple ID that's in the same family grouping, but is not the same Apple ID that you tried to restore with?
Did you buy the small events package more than a year ago?

OK. Well, as long as it is not the Pro package, you can just go through the motions of buying it again: apple will not actually charge you. So just buy it again.
If it is the Pro package, don't try to buy it again.

So I did the steps you instructed me to and Apple did charge me again. I just received the receipt and checked my bank account and sure enough it was charged. Can’t attach pictures but I have a copy of the receipt and statement.

That means you did not purchase it previously with that apple ID. Apple would not have charged you a second time for it, it is not possible.
If you have both receipts (email) - the old and the new, you could send them to me and ill see if i spot what is going on

Great! Any hints on what happened, in case someone else has the same issue?
