I bought the selfie package last year and it worked great. I am trying to purchase it again this year and cannot seem to get it to go through. Can someone help me?

The selfie package only needs to be purchased once. As long as you are on the same Apple ID, it should either show up in the app, or you should simply be able to restore it (red/pink button at the bottom of purchase screen).
Can you please check that the Apple ID you are logged in as can purchase apps (ie. if you haven't purchased anything in a long time, make sure your payment provider ie. credit card hasn't expired), and also that you have the latest version of wifibooth (app store -> updates -> make sure wifibooth doesn't appear there)
