Hope Someone van help me. Yesterday I bought the small event package and everything was working. Only after 2 hours when I openend the app it was in trial mode Again. If I try to restore the package the app says no package found.

I bought the app with an iPad that belongs to a family account. When restoring or trying to buy (not working in the app) I am using the same account and iPad.

When you bought the app, Apple sent you an email receipt. Can you please check that email: is it sent to the same apple account that you expected?

Dear Tim Thank you for your answer. I checked and I received an e-mail receipt at the same Apple account.

OK great. The next steps might seem odd but they work almost all of the time:

1) First, try powering the iPad all the way off (hold down power button, slide to off), then back on. Then try the restore again. I've seen this been the solution to an iOS bug in the past.

2) if that fails, make the purchase again. Since it is only possible to purchase Small Events once, and since you are sure that the Apple ID you are logged in with it has already purchased it (because you verified in the email), then Apple will not allow you to purchase it again but the app will be unlocked: after the final confirmation screen "do you want to buy XYZ for $N?", when you hit yes you'll see something like "You've already purchased this content, would you like to get it again for free?" and you say yes.

I know what went wrong. If you use the full app in trial mode and place an overlay on the photo’s and then buy the small event package you have to remove the overlay in the settings. When you have done that then you have to do step 1 you mentioned (turn of) . After restarting the iPad and app the small event package will work. If you do step 1 before removing the overlay/logo it wont work.

Ah thanks for letting me know. Actually that shouldn't even happen: after removing the overlay, the app should detect that you have purchased Small Events, and that now no pro features are being used...

Hello Tim,

Can you please assist me? I had trouble using the app and removing the logo. The logo is now on all of my wedding photobooth photos. I bought the package, and I have read that there's no way to remove the logo if it is there. Can you please help me? Is there a way you can access at least a few of my photos in the back end to send to me? When we built an app for work there was a way to access all the stored info. I really hope you can help ! I would really appreciate it if you could assist with accessing my photos for me. I will pay an administrative fee or something.

Im very sorry - for privacy reasons your photos are not sent to any backend...
Did you take the photos on an external camera? Theres no watermarks on the photos on its memory card if so

No, I took it with an iPad. Do they save on there without a watermark? There's nothing saved at all in the backend? !

No. The app often doesnt have internet access at events - how would all those photos get uploaded? And when would you consent to that?

Im really sorry you ended up with watermarked photos. Did you make the purchase before the photos were taken? If so, did the watermarks come back later or did they never go away? What version of the app? (Settings app -> wifibooth)
