Looks like you probably updated Wifibooth to 4.3 which requires BluePrint 1.2 or newer, and you are definitely running the older version of BluePrint (1.1).

Please update BluePrint on your iPhone.
Good news: the update allows your phone to share internet connection to wifibooth for certain actions like dropbox uploads, tweets, sending SMS/MMS via Twilio, etc.
If you use this feature please give me some feedback that it works for you!
