Hi there
You can send the GIFs via SMS, or email, or set them to be uploaded to Dropbox, Facebook, or Google.

Hi Tim
I am not able to send the * .gif photo by email or dropbox, you would not have by chance print screen for the programming in wifibooth, or the places that I have to tick and fill to be able to send them by emain, dropbox or google.

I followed the link's indication: https://wifibooth.com/help/articles/email/

Thanks in advance

Hi Donnezvie,

If you go to Event Settings -> Dropbox, do you see the last setting "Upload GIFs to dropbox" ? If not, please update WIfibooth. Make sure it is turned on.

cheers

You can use a free image service like imgur.com to post a screenshot, then post a link here

Both can be connected.
By default, GIFs are not uploaded.
On each setting page (Google, Dropbox) in Wifibooth, you need to turn on GIF uploading.

OK, that is good. Is your iPad online (on the internet) while you are taking photos? For example, if your iPad is connected to a camera that is providing wifi, it is not connected to the internet.

OK. When you are taking photos, do you see the photos getting uploaded to your Dropbox?

No this is not possible with Dropbox / Google.
To do that, use email with the setting “as attachment”, or text / SMS

Yes GIFs can be emailed.
By the way the next update coming soon will make MP4s instead of GIFs by default but you can change it back to GIFs with a setting if you prefer.

Hi Tim,

I still need your help since i have not still be able to send a gif by email.

Gif option is turned on and its working since i see the gif file in my Dropbox folder.

But whenever i input the email of the recipient, the email received include only the jpg file and the gif file isn’t included.

I am missing something or there is a bug preventing the gif to be sent ? Is there a parameter i am missing ?

I have tried both direct attached piece and Dropbox link. Neither works.

Thank you for your help

Are you trying to send them from the gallery, or from preview?
They won't send automatically with the collage or with autopilot -- GIFs need to be sent manually (from the gallery, or previewing the gif)
