I am having quite an issue setting up Wifibooth for SMS. I have the app downloaded to my ipad and have created an account with Twilio. I am trying to link the two. I am not able to get past the step of signing in...I do not get a prompt to sign in and enter email as the instructions on the help page suggest. I have removed the app and downloaded a second time, but this did not fix. The program is working and connecting to my external camera, but I do not have a way to get the pictures from the ipad to the consumer. I am a novice and will be using this for a one time charity event in 2 days!!! I need help please!

Hi Caroline, sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up SMS. I am here to help you, we'll get you up and running today no problem.

First, I want to check two things:
1) did you see the help article for doing this? https://wifibooth.com/help/articles/twilio/
2) as the help article states, please make sure your Twilio account is not a trial account - this will not work with Wifibooth. Add $10 and a phone number to your Twilio account.

I have activated Twilio and added funds. I have selected a phone number. I am stuck on #2. I have clicked on the event and have not been prompted to sign in. I do not see anywhere to sign in to wifibooth. When I click on the Twilio tab it says to sigh in to wifibooth...i do not see any icon to login?

I am officially an idiot...I found it at the bottom under the Wifibooth tab...but thanks so much for your quick response!!!

You are definitely not an idiot. The app needs to be designed better, so that it is easier to use. We are working on it, apologies that it wasn't smoother!
