I need support and do not know where to go HELP
Re: I need support and do not know where to go HELP
So I bought the $39 version to try out and am having trouble setting up a pro photo booth using The mac adhoc network that I would normally have to use being that as a professional I can not rely on there being a wifi network at the weddings I do.
It appears as though there is no way to do an adhoc connection to the canon camera Canon T6 because it does not see the adhoc network. the only other solution I can see is to use the camera as the wifi connection point but then I can not connect the air printer to the iPad.
I have been trying to figure this out for two hours to see if I want to pay the $99 a year to go pro here is where the real problem arises
There is no way to get any support from the company other than this useless forum
I don't think I want to pay $99 a year to a company I can not reach

Hi busker42,
You've reached the right place - here I am, happy to help, responding to your request within 3 hours of you placing it. There is no phone support because i'm just one person, not a company. Not sure why you had the impression that a company produced this app, as it is in the app store as "Timothy Carr"...
You have two options:
1) You can bring a portable plug-style wifi router to your events. Many wifi companies make these. Example: https://www.amazon.com/D-Link-Systems-S ... +companion
2) You can connect the ipad directly to the camera, and use BluePrint to print. There's help here explaining how this works -- you need a second iOS device like your iPhone: https://wifibooth.com/article/blueprint/
If you get stuck, ask here.
